What are you going to do?

You will become part of the carrier integration team. This team is at the heart of everything we do at ShipitSmarter, where we aim to seamlessly connect the shippers and carriers.

As an Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for the integration of Carriers for our Shipping platform for both new and existing customers. You will have regular contact with our carriers and customers to continually improve the integrations. And all the time you will be expanding your IT knowledge while becoming a domain expert! 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Active contribution in the Carrier Team improving our Shipping platform
• Configure and create the carrier integrations
• Building relationships with carriers 
• Collaborate and learn from other product teams
• Ensure the quality of the integrations

 What we would like you to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in either Supply Chain Management (with IT experience) or in Computer Science (with experience in logistics)
• 0-2 years working experience
• A basic experience with programming concepts – show the code you are proud of!
• The capability and attitude to deep dive into a task to gloriously surface with the result
• Accuracy combined with good analytical abilities
• Good communication skills – ask for help early but know when to ask and when to search yourself
• Strong in English, verbally and in writing

Your application is even more attractive if you have:

• Relevant work experience in IT/logistics
• Software implementation and/or development experience
• Experience with integration formats like XML, JSON, Edifact files
• Experience with API’s
• Experience with SQL and relational/document databases
• Experience with logistics related software such as TMS either as super-user, implementation consultant or IT-support
