We are looking back on an interesting year with multiple elements that challenged us and, at the same time, have enriched our customer service and proposition. We thank you for your trust and cooperation and we are looking forward to work with you again this year.

 

Our roadmap is ambitious and anticipating on market trends and global innovations. Our main goal is to support you in your day-to-day challenges and contribute to realising your short- and long-term business objectives. To further optimize your, and our, processes, we have made the following changes:

  1. A new Management Team;
    We are happy to herewith introduce our new Management Team consisting of Michiel van Mourik (General Affairs and Finance), Edwin Schuijt (Technical Affairs) and Bernard van der Vloed (Commercial Affairs). Please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are looking forward meeting you.
  2. Investments:
    In addition we have invested in hard- and software to anticipate on future growth. This will further improve our system performance, supporting your daily processes now, and in the future.
  3. A team of highly skilled specialists:
    Last but not least we have added new highly skilled IT specialists which enable us to use the latest technology in our development process. In this way we keep providing you with the best, and state-of-the-art tooling, for your shipment management processes. These specialists do not only focus on IT Trends. They are also taking market trends into account, investigate your business and IT wishes and sync with all relevant partners.

All changes have been made with only one objective on our minds; increase customer satisfaction!
